xoe says the quiet part out loud.

Quote:
President Biden seemed unfamiliar Monday with the specifics of the massive spending bill dubbed the Inflation Reduction Act that Senate Democrats passed Sunday, saying it funds healthcare “and God knows what else.”

Moments earlier, Biden misstated the size of last year’s $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure law while touring flood damage in the Kentucky hamlet of Lost Creek.

“We’ve never done this before, but because of a number of things we got done on a bipartisan basis — like a billion, 200 million-dollar infrastructure project — like what we’re doing today, we passed yesterday, helping take care of everything from health care to God knows what else,” Biden said.

It sure sounds like he doesn’t think he’s the president. This is the second day in a row where he didn’t seem to understand who was the president.

But it isn’t the job of the president to help us pay our bills, even though the Democrats want to control every aspect of our lives. The fact that Biden thinks it is, is delusional too. But if it was his job, he should have gotten fired already, because he surely hasn’t made it easier to pay our bills with his bad policies. That’s part of the reason that we have the incredibly high inflation, the high gas prices, and now a recession as well.

and the icing on the cake:
reporter: “Mr. President, when do you think inflation will come down?”
Biden refused to respond to the question. He has no answer since it isn’t going to happen. He wants the credit for doing something but then when it doesn’t do what he claims it will, he’s going to get nailed on the back end.

He obviously hasn't read the bill yet.

As the competent leader he is, I am sure he will read the entire bill before he signs it. And he won't make any silly statements like "I'll just have to sign it to see what's in it".

Biden is nothing more than the face on this atrocity. The 'big guy' is reduced to a loaf in the doddering old mans diaper.

There is an election coming. Democrats are in trouble. The economy is in bad shape and dancing around the numbers and claiming that is nothing wrong is not working for families who cannot afford groceries anymore. So now they are desperate to pass any huge spending bill in an attempt to temporarily boost the economy before the election. no one cares what is in the bill, just spend a lot, or at least announce a big spend.

They gave it a name that some would like but you have to read the bill to really know the score.
