He actually did, but I think he used the Philippines as his example.

I don't support him on this unless there is proof a dealer intentionally put fentanyl in a product and did not disclose that,

However that is why I'm against mandatory laws, it takes away the power of a judge to consider circumstances. If a runner delivers drugs and is unaware what the original person made it with, say for example saying it's a oxycodone pill but in fact a counterfeit one made of fentanyl, that runner shouldn't automatically be set to a mandatory sentence especially a death sentence.

This particular issue has nothing whatever to do with Trump longing for a totalitaran state. He wants a law and order state... which, by the way, is one of the things a lot of 'the rest of the country' can get behind him on.

The 'rest of the country' would be horrified if Donald Trump reminded them that tomorrow is Sunday.

So when do you cross the line from "just law and order via death penalty" into "totalitarianism"? The line seems a little blurry, no?

We traded one buffoon for another. Let's not go back down that same road in 2024. We need fresh faces.

It appears to me that this search has already begun.

Laws, with known penalities. I would expect a totalitarian to do whatever they want, whenever they want.

Probably moot, since we selectively enforce the laws we have now. Death penalty or not.

I'd be okay with that. Dealers know exactly what they're doing. Eliminate them all, from the kingpin to the street corner dealer.
