After the OH AG confirmed that the 10 year old qualified for a legal abortion in OH so going out of state was completely unnecessary (and unnecessarily cruel to subject the girl to that), they tried to divert everyone's attention by arresting an illegal alien for the crime. ...Squirrel!!!

So the 27 year old rapist lived in the same home with the 9/10 year old victim and the abortionist lied when she reported the incident, listing him as a minor around 17 years old?

The rapist is an Illegal Alien and he has admitted to raping that poor girl at least twice. Is this what the Dems want coming across the Border? Is this an example of a "migrant" doing the work that Americans refuse to do??

The rapist should be hung.

And according to Telemundo, the girl's mother is saying her daughter (both are also Hispanic) "is fine" and everything law enforcement and the press are saying about the suspect "is a lie."

Hmmm...

Yep. Seems this story does debunk their conspiracy theory that women won't be able to travel to get abortions.

Hmmm...

Yeah, maybe the administration should have vetted this particular example of the horrors of state run abortion laws a little better.

From the article:

"However, the 10-year-old's mother said her daughter was "fine" and "everything they say about [Gerson Flores] is a lie" when confronted Thursday by a Telemundo reporter."

And, this:

"The documents show Bernard performed a non-surgical abortion for a 6-weeks pregnant 10-year-old girl of Mexican ethnicity on June 30."

The mother is a real piece of work (that's putting it nicely).
No this is their culture to not complain. Dismiss - this is how many think and are taught to shut up.

She could go out of state for a legal abortion, but I'm sure many Oklahoma Republicans want to make doing that a serious crime.

The Republican South Dakota governor refused to say if she thought a 10-year-old raped pregnant girl should be kept from abortion.

Maybe we both would be surprised by the significant number of Republicans who want nearly all or literally all abortions banned. It could be over 50% of them. For instance, in the primary Markwayne Mullin, a candidate for U. S. Senator in Oklahoma, indicated in a TV ad that he is 100% pro-life--NO EXCEPTIONS. He came in first in the primary with 44% of the vote, but not enough to avoid a runoff.

Furthermore, I believe that the majority of Republicans in November would far rather vote for a Republican candidate who supports all abortions being banned than vote for a pro-choice Democrat.
Well said. Some Republicans may have piety on this child- but the laws they are voting for and candidates they choosing say otherwise. In true sense the girls life may not have been affected physically. I posted a article of the same age girls delivering babies in Honduras. So it was questionable and time was ticking which was not on her side. Taking the path of less resistance was the best for the girl.
