She will likely lose. It's very hard to win a defamation case and it's very expensive to file a defamation suit, she'll probably need every bit of the crowdfunding money. Perhaps the sjw's will continue to fund her 'money pit' suit, or maybe they'll just move on to the next shiny object?
While she will be funded by donors the tax payer will fund the defense of the AG for making foolish commits he knew were 100% baseless.
He was grandstanding for political reasons, but I hope he and others continue to attack doctors which will only push voters away from the Republican party. It highlights just how extreme the party has become.
