The information was a matter of record, she didn't need to produce or share anything. They had the info. It was a sham investigation, politically motivated..
They say that they could not find record of this info so what you claim is untrue.
I don’t have proof. That’s why I preceded my statement with “I think” and not “This is what happened”. But clearly the records were obtainable from the state agency that she filed the report to.

Clearly these records were not attainable. The Washington Post tried to find them and could not, hence their story questioning the initial claim

From what I understand, they contacted the agencies and asked IF they have records that fit the time, age, doctor, etc., ... they did not ask for the records themselves. There is no personal or private info involved when doing that.
edit to add, eventually the media finally did obtain the records, though with the personal and private info redacted...so it's not like they couldn't get those redacted reports a week or better earlier.
