The prosecution laid out the facts and there's not a lot Bannon can say. This isn't a podcast. He would be testifying under oath and subject to cross-examination so he couldn't blah blah blah. Curious about what the jury will do with it.

Congress is not a court. Their power to force people to testify must be related to a legislative function. What piece of legislation is this committee working on that requires anyone to show up???
