What a waste of space most of the democrats have become. Unfortunately, republicans aren’t much better. Unless something major changes, We are pretty much doomed folks. The US will be broke in about 15 years and unable to defend itself against the chinas of the world. We will look more like Mexico and South American countries every year as corruption grows at the top and crime continue to rise. The left has been successful in playing identity politics and we are a country divided. Unfortunately, there are too many sheep who will blindly follow the democrat party right into a dystopian future.

The Jet Stream exists when there's a sharp divide between frigid polar air and not so frigid temperate air. The sharper the boundary, the more stable the Jet Stream is. That means frigid air is more likely to stay in place.
Polar regions are warming up much faster than other places on the globe. That means less difference between the polar and temperate zone. That means the jet stream boundary is more unstable. And that is why the cold air outburst hit the South in Feb 2021.

yes, that is why. but no supreme court ruling can stop xoe from at least temporarily doing the stupid things he wants to do. shutting down idiocy takes time to work its way through the court system.
