Note: yeah, I know King is defectively leftwing. But I am a huge fan of his early books--or at least was. Him and Dean Koontz. I don't think Koontz is a rabid leftist--I really don't check these folks' politics, but you really can't help but see King is a flaming liberal. As for Koontz, judging from some of his more recent books, he seems really quite conservative in his views and uses literary allusion in some books that sort of gives his idea of where our left-wing police state is going.

I shudder to think we might have to find out. She's VP for no other reasons than she is a "person of color" and a woman. She barely made a blip in the primary and now she's one fall down (or up) the stairs from the presidency. That's scary. She meets with foreign heads of state and busts out with that demented cackle that's like finger nails on a chalk board on the best of days she can't string a coherent sentence together to save her life and she's pretty much just an ignorant ditz.

Just speculating what a Kackling Kamala presidency would look like makes my skin crawl.

A Kamala Harris Presidency would look like Cheech & Chong's movie "Up In Smoke". She'd encourage everyone to smoke lots of pot, so the smoke would block out the Sun, and reduce Green House gasses.

Her speeches would be clearer when played back in rewind mode...like the Beetles White Albumn.

i have never done any drugs in my entire life. But if she becomes Pres i am considering taking up Pot, given that it is now pretty legal, in the hopes i can put myself in a drug haze for a couple years until she is gone. I will just imagine being a flower child in the 60's, wear some tye die and buy a VW Bus and let life drift by for a couple of years. Or mayday just go fishing.

Probably worse considering her moniker as being one of the most liberal senators in Congress and the current brand of political liberalism is proving itself to be destructive for the country, not that unbridled conservatism is a good thing either. Believe it or not though I could see myself agreeing with her on a few things like cutting spending on the military to bring down the debt. You're talking about a broken clock being right twice a day sort of scenario, however.

It’ll be like the Obama presidency - gross incompetence, but only positive media coverage because she checks a couple of Democrat Identity Politics boxes.

Not much different since neither Biden or Harris would actually be running things.
