Three times more Democrats than Republicans say the Constitution is irrelevant (polls, border)

I do NOT think that any Democrat today could make a Constitution that was still working (like it or not) about 235 years later!
The vast majority of both parties believe the Constitution is relevant, according to your poll. Only 14% of Dems say no.
But to your statement above, I don't believe any Democrat OR Republican could make a Constitution that was still working 235 years later. In fact, our Founding Fathers also could not do so. Luckily they recognized that fact and include a mechanism to change the Constitution, which has happened 27 times already.
Well the Democrats think that many laws are also irrelevant. They do not give a toss that the Border is being over run and they are letting criminals out of jail left and right if they even get there in the first place.
The Dems only seem to care about the rule of law when it does not apply to them.
The Jan6th witch hunt is an example of that. Have any of the Chop/Chaz leaders been brought to justice for annexing several blocks of Seattle from the US ? Talk about an insurrection! How about the rioting mobs that burned, looted, harmed and killed cops and citizens and caused Billions of dollars in damages?
They are going on and on that Trump did nothing over the 2 hours that "his" people stormed the Capital but no one cares that Biden has done nothing to secure the Border in 18 months and in fact he is encouraging those mobs?
Our Politicians all took the oath of office and the Democrats are ignoring it.
So, let's add this to the list of things that many Democrats now think are irrelevant:
- What sex the doctor told your mother you were when you were born
- If you are white, whether your or not you or your ancestors did anything to blacks that was shameful (you are still guilty, anyway)
- What great accomplishments people made if there was anything in their past that was unenlightened by today's standards
- The right to be able to criticize a presidential, or question reported facts, without fear of reprisal
- Parental desire to have at least some control over what their children are being taught in schools
What else can you add to the list?

Good topic. I'll add:
* Whether or not your business gets burned down ("they have insurance!") or forced out of business ("if they were essential, they'd still be in business")
* Whether the President of the United States said "you won't get Covid if you have these vaccines," before getting the vaccine and getting Covid
* Obvious patterns of political polls grossly overestimating the Democrat candidate's position in a race, only for the Republican to end up performing much better, especially in certain locales ("past performance of polls is irrelevant; they're highly scientific and are definitely still our best predictor of outcomes")
* What Mark Zuckerberg was specifically getting in return for the gobs of money he was pouring into local elections boards before the 2020 election ("it was probably just for PPE for the workers or something -- anyway, we like his dark money").

The private sector can trample all over a persons rights.
People don’t have freedom unless they are independently wealthy.
So yes as the US has been more and more bought off and people can’t just move somewhere that the banks don’t have their hands in, the constitution has become irrelevant.
Even people like Dave Rubin and Jordan Peterson are acknowledging that a private actor can affect freedom of speech. They whine like a 4 year old at Walmart about Twitter banning people or youtube demonetizing them as a negative impact of speech. The poor have dealt with that for years.
