Who else will they vote for, when the repubs are the hated white oppressors, and the cause of all that is wrong and unsatisfying in their lives.
2nd reply.

The Democratic Party doesn't have to do anything. All anyone has to do is point to Barry Goldwater in 1964.

And you still aren't listening. This anger that some Black people have towards Whites, the Democrats don't have to do anything. Said persons have family members to teach them that. Said persons often don't associate with anyone outside of their neighborhoods. We're talking about individuals who were already angry, some with vindictiveness. That vindictiveness, many have it thanks to history. The individuals who hate White people, they got this way thanks to family and peers teaching them that. They got that way due to anger that goes back centuries. No political party has to teach that.

This does not appear to be another hate hoax. Hopefully the three violent young women will spend serious time in jail.

It must be fake news. We black people attacking someone based on their race and age vulnerability just doesn’t happen.

I'm really at a loss why the Democrats see a political advantage to purposely making policy not prosecute or jail criminals, or even hold them for bail. Crime affects us all, I don't see how letting out violent criminals is a good policy for either party.

We have Manhattan’s new DA, Bragg. He sent out a memo to all his prosecutors to stop seeking prison sentences for criminals and to downgrade felony charges in cases including armed robberies and drug dealing. Where is that a winning strategy?

And Bragg has the backing and full throated support of Sen. Schumer (D) of NY, Sen. Warnock (D) of GA, and New York City Mayor Eric Adams, just to name a few. Between the soft on crime policies, and the open borders, refusal to stop illegal immigration, how cn anyone not come to the conclusion that the Democrats in charge are insane. And so are the people who keep on freaking voting for them.

Manhattan DA's halt to prison sentences for many crimes was backed by Jerry Nadler, other prominent Democrats

The people need to wake up, and stop falling for the hype. Letting criminals out of prison to roam the streets, jacking up the price of fossil fuels, flooding the nation with illegal aliens, all of these hurt low income earners the most. The rich are no affected by any of these things. Their kid's schools are not affected by overcrowded schools, the rich don't see their salaries dip, or lose their jobs to an illegal, the rich don't even notice how much it costs to fuel their cars, cool their homes, or put food on their table. The Democrats do not care that the poor are hurt by their policies, they dems just see potential voters that they can pander too, so the dems can stay in power.

Honestly, I can't think of any reasons. The only reason I can think of is idealism run amok. However, people will vote for whomever they please. Nothing you can do about that.

Something else. This racial hatred and violence, the individuals involved are to blame. No political party made them that way.

I notice the more non-partisan I am, the more you double down on being partisan.

Well, I don't know why, other than CNN playing to its audience. Same goes for why FOX News is what it is. It's about the audience.

Since I hardly ever watch the news, I only hear about stuff through here or through Facebook.

Already tried it, it doesn't work, and the prisons are full. And full prisons means more bail for more criminals to commit more crime.

How does this happen? Well career criminals have far more kids, who grow up to be potential criminals, than you can possibly arrest.

You arrest 10 career criminals, each criminals has 2 kids, that's 20 potential criminals. (they're not bound to be criminals, but the odds are stacked against them)

You can't arrest or lock up this problem. We already tried it.

This is true. For every criminal arrest, more are in waiting. And I don't think "cutting off the welfare state" will work either. This was a problem BEFORE 1964. As urbanization increased, so did the crime and fatherlessness among part of the Black population. Go look at Black murder rates from 1949-1963. They were high back then too. The question is this: Why?

Sorry but they do fan those flames considerably.

Heck, democratic politicians are frequently accused of racism or mysoginy etc. in primaries.

I still believe that Hillary Clinton lost to Trump because in part her campaign was labasted as racist in 2008 and black voters had been cool to her ever since.

But hey, look over at Lori Lightfoot whom famously exclaimed that 99% of criticism directed at her was because she was a black or a lesbian or a woman.

So, it's not just "black" it's the hate of identity politics.
