from what i can see this is an absolute loser of a case. my guess is that he's just posturing for his base and this will have the same outcome as when he sued bill maher for $10million for defamation. trump ( and then attorney micheal cohen ) made a big deal in the press when they filed the case but quietly dropped the suit a few weeks later, knowing that they didn't have a case ( maher's claims that trump was the spawn of an orangutan were obvious satire and immune from defamation lawsuits ).
What a yawner. It's just another Trump distraction tactic. Same old Roy Cohn mafia lawyer strategy we've seen from the beginning.

He had a hole-in-one contest at one his courses with $1 million dollar payout if someone aced the hole. Someone had a hole-in -one and the insurance payout of $1 million was denied. The fine print said that the hole at to be at least x amount of yards long to claim the prize. The tee markers were too close to the hole and the winner was denied the million. He took it to court and Trump was fined somewhere around 100K which he proceeded to steal from his charity.

Rittenhouse maybe a 3-4. (Semi-public figure due to criminal charges but pretty bad coverage at times)
Trump is a -1,000,000,000. He's a public figure, you can pretty much do whatever you want there.
Trump is the only billionaire I've ever seen who trips over dollars to pick up nickels.
If he can't grift, he can't make any money.
