I don't know why the left is so eager to de-genderize the Filipinos and the Hispanics, but given that they are, why not take a page from the Latin language? A male graduate of a school is an alumnus. A female graduate is an alumna. Plural, either all male or mixed male and female, is alumni. So how about Filipini and Latini for their plurals? (Or, we could just use what they already prefer; but since when do leftists care about what other people think?)
So according to progressives all you do is add an "x" to everything and you become inclusive.
