Where does the heat go when it rises out of the cities? Does it just disappear? Or does it mix with the rest of the air on the planet?
It’s a fart in the wind. OK? It’s like peeing off the stern of a boat in the ocean. It’s like your bank account compared to the world’s GDP. It’s butterfly poop. Ever seen butterflies take a dump? It requires very sharp vision, but it’s hardly anything to worry about stepping in.

Every summer heat wave or winter blizzard brings out all the same tired arguments over climate; humans do, humans don't, this study refutes that one, one has an agenda bias, the other doesn't, blah blah blah. Don't you people ever get tired of flogging the same dead horse? Somehow, I doubt one entrenched position will ever convince the other of anything.
Well, normally, I would agree with you, but this particular matter, and the solutions the fraudsters have in mind for us all, will cause a catastrophic collapse of society, and an ushering in of a life of such abject misery, you don’t want to live through. Scientists have known about the so-called "urban heat island effect" since at least 1968, if not before. It hardly takes a genius to understand that a surface covered with black asphalt is going to absorb more heat than a surface covered with vegetation like flowers and trees. Maybe that's why Breitbart keeps repeating itself on this subject. Even the idiots who are barely hanging on to an editorial job with Breitbart by their chewed down fingernails can understand that much at least.
But no. The country's leading scientists who are so good at what they do that they get offered jobs at NOAA are incapable of coming up with a simple arithmetic equation that accounts for the heat island effect.

Remember when call it global warming and conferences durning blizzards then all of sudden they call it Climate change knowing full well the climate always naturally changes for billions of years man had nothing to do or can change that!
It would seem that all these asphalt, machinery, and other heat-producing, heat-trapping, or heat-accentuating objects are artificially warming our environment.
What would be the point of measuring the temperature in upstate NY and saying that is the temp in NYC? The temp is the temp in any given location. Asphalt and concrete make it hotter. That is no surprise.

Leftists are not wanting to tear up parking lots, machinery, or heat trapping objects like Solar panels...they want to attack the production & consumption of fossil fuels...ONLY in the USA, while they allow China, India, Russia (Biden Nord Stream 2) & others to be fossil fuel pigs....why that?

Global warming is the opposite of actual science. The vast majority of those who promote this farce have never taken a course in thermodynamics, or advanced physics. Likewise, very few, if any, have ever published in the scientific literature to have a clue as to what they are talking about. Yet, in true Dunning -Krueger fashion, they claim absolute knowledge and scientific expertise, despite no training whatsoever.
