Indeed- something very strange is going on. This whole administration is bizarre- born of election fraud and elements from every group of weirdos and perverts.

In the wide-eyed one, his face looks fuller and his hair is longer. Just doesn't look like the same person. Color is different as well, but that could be the lighting even though it appears that both were taken in the same room and the same lecturn.
