It wouldn't surprise me in the least. I've increasingly heard MLK referred to as "white-adjacent," "uncle tom," "race traitor," "house <n-word>," and "right-wing plant." Today's Woke left are deranged beyond reckoning. It's the worst elements of religion and pathology intertwined.
We really are no better as a species than 2,000 or 4,000 years ago. For all our capacity of learning to invent to achieve we are still held back by what makes us weak. A county sheriff with a good prosecutor could wreak havoc on these goons. Sheriffs have a lot of autonomy and a principled prosecutor could create a living hell for these throwback goons who are nothing but modern Klan, they wear black robes now instead of white, black masks instead of pointy white caps. Watch for a Klan resurgence to counter this.

My bet is most of this comes from Chinese money and their sleepers, as well as Ivan who are masters of infiltrate and compromise, just as the Biden Crime Family has been enriched by their BFFs the Red Chinese for decades now.
