Where have you been that you don't know that they entered the building, disrupted the hearings, got into the faces of senators etc., they were incited by Schumer, Gillibrand and other democrats, apparently it was pre-planned, apparently some/many/all of them had received "training" to do what they'd done .... etc. Apparently those who'd been arrested were quickly released after paying a "fine".
None were shot, none were beaten, none were imprisoned in solitary for more than a year.
