You're correct. I'll be surprised if the Pelosi's pay out that much though. It will be from tax payer money or the ill-gotten funds with the insider trading scam anyways, so it doesn't matter to the Pelosi's one way or the other.

Needs more time for insider trading information from his wife so he can pay off his victim.

Turns out Paul was arrested for another DUI in 2018. Charged with three offenses, the 23152(a) VC and 23152(b) VC were both dismissed but Paulie plead guilty to an alcohol related reckless driving offense (23103.5 VC) and was sentenced to one day in jail and one day for time served.

When the press found the record of this previous DUI, they asked about it but were told it's a different Paul Pelosi. What are the odds? How many people live in Napa County with the name Paul Pelosi? Both with DUIs and defended by the same attorney? Boy oh boy, they must really think we're a bunch of idiots to believe that hogwash.

When he's freed on these charges or pleads down to almost a minor traffic infraction, anyone out there who is arrested for a DUI should remember this and consider having your attorney plea you down so you can walk out of court like Paul and never look back. Well, until the next time.

Teflon Dems, rules for thee and not for me...

TMZ is reporting:

Paul Pelosi was sentenced to three years probation and five days of jail time, getting credit for time served.

As part of his probation, the House speaker's husband has to complete eight hours of a court work program and take a three-month drinking and driving course.

He must also put an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for a year.

Pelosi was fined $150

Puff sentence and/or confession to make it go away.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/pol...case-rcna41390

There were rumors he had one in 2018 that seem to have disappeared. Most states if one gets multiple duis in less than 10 years the penalties were be more.

But 8 hours of court or community service? I thought 40 hrs for a first time or low level offender.

I can’t stand Pelosi and I can’t wait till she’s gone and or convicted for securities fraud. But that said the above penalty does seem in line with what most first-time offenders might receive. However? I highly doubt he’s going to attend those classes or have any BS ignition system installed in his vehicle. He probably won’t have to do any of the above things.
