No news reporters or news feeds at the trial, a brand new last minute judicial replacement with no criminal trial experience, a soft DA with ties to Gov Newsome.

Man, I wish I had that kind of grease.

Warning, it's Jesse Watters of Fox News. CNN and MSNBC might have their own takes on the matter.

"Jesse Watters: You are not going to believe who is the new judge in Paul Pelosi's DUI case"

it's good to be a 'crat. you can get away with nearly anything.

Quote:
“So, who is this new judge? You’re not going to believe this,” he claimed. “Her name is Monique Langhorn, and she’s a registered Democrat whose previous job” was at the Napa County District Attorney’s office.

Judge Langhorn has no prior experience in criminal cases, Watters said.

“Guess who donated to this judge’s campaign? The assistant D.A. — who will be prosecuting the case — and the District Attorney, Allison Haley.”

I predict he will be found "guilty" of at least one of the charges so that they can try and silence the critics about it being a biased trial.

However, they will find some reason to basically give him nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
Jail Time...No
Suspended License...No
Ignition Interlock Device...No
DUI Class...Possibly
Community Service...LOL
Fine...Likely, but it would be nothing more than petty cash for him.
Probation...Probably

I also suspect that the new judge will be found to be a highly skilled and deserving judge and be moved up to a higher position...very shortly after the trial is complete.

And how much you want to bet that this is a career ender for the officer who did the initial DUI report?

Was Paul Pelosi hanging out with Hunter Biden?

I used to say that If I ever got in a bind I would only ask to be treated like an Illegal Alien but now I want to be treated like a spouse of an Elite Democrat.

MLK once said this "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." Of course he was referring to the fact that justice was Racist but now with this case against Pelosi.. Talk about Privilege.

I wouldn't LOL at the community service. I have heard about some fairly laughable community service "punishments" -- such "work" as helping to stock shelves or prepare food at a food bank, working at an animal shelter, or being a reading tutor for underprivileged kids. You know, the kind of work that many people are happy to volunteer to do.

It would not surprise me a bit if his community service (if given) is something like teaching underprivileged kids to play golf.

Or ballroom dancing at a senior citizen community center in Napa.

Probably be tossed out/dropped for any reason they want. Is the cop still alive, or is that just a hillary thing?
