The kid was 13 years old. I don't know what you were doing at 13, I was probably riding my bike and playing baseball but this kid was busy committing ARMED ROBBERY. 13 years old. What does he know? I guess he will never know anything now.

What a stupid waste of life. I'm glad the would be victim was able to protect herself.

These happen all the time in the USA. Liberals and anti-gun people are just unaware of them because the mainstream media doesn't report them often.

Sounds almost as good as Brazil, they legalized squishing carjackers and other violent criminals.

I guess the law has had an immediate, LOL, impact.....many biker-robbers getting
pavement-hamburgerized.

The vid of the glorious results is going around the internet, pretty great.

Does Chicago have a soft on violent criminals, Soros backed DA?

If so, that female crime victim might be in a heap o' trouble.

She may have saved her own life but now she can only pray that her life is not turned upside down by some Woke DA that wants to squash any idea of this vigilante justice...

This punk lost his life unlike the thug in LA that was shot in the arm by that 80 year old store owner.

The Dems are always screaming at the Police that they should aim for the arms or legs when they are forced to use their guns...

I just hope that this woman that shot that kid can go on with her life. Taking someones life especially a kids has to weigh heavily on a decent persons mind even when it is a case of "him or me"

That video is shocking but what does a criminal expect? You pull up to a car on a motorcycle to rob the driver and he shoots back or runs you down.

We saw some of this during the riots where roads were being blocked and white people were being pulled from their cars for a beating and to be robbed. There were many cases where people were afraid for their lives and instead of stopping drove through the mob. It was crazy and deadly but that is what the Democrats were calling for.

They seem to be calling again for violent streets where the Good Folks live in Fear and the criminals run free.

Why? Do they really want the decent folk to help themselves and become vigilantes?

Will we soon be seeing the good drivers that are fearful of car jacking putting in flame throwers as they did in South Africa?

That is how they handle criminals in Brazil. However, Brazil has another problem. Economic and societal inequality on steroids. In America, gated communities serve the purpose of keeping certain people out. However, in Brazil, it's literally a matter of life and death. You have cases where alot of middle and upper middle class people live literally a few yards away from the slums and homeless people. The rich in Brazil are as rich as the rich in Europe. The poor in Brazil are as poor as the poor in Africa.

There is something else in Brazil. Criminals can get killed daily. However, Brazil has a higher birth rate than the USA. And in Brazil, it's highest among the poorest. There is something else. In Brazil, there is a higher percentage of single mothers. This means alot of kids without their fathers. And it's far worse in the favelas. And in Brazil, they don't have the welfare state that America has. You don't work, you'll struggle to eat. Whatever welfare that is available, it's not much. Alot of poor kids don't go to school. Think homelessness is an epidemic in America? In Brazil, you have CHILDREN on the streets trying to survive. There are KIDS involved in prostitution.

You can kill alot of criminals in Brazil. In fact, that is often what the police do. "Shoot and ask questions later" is what alot of officers have done in Brazil. This doesn't stop the gangs in Rio and other cities. The gangs in those cities are ready for war. Many don't even expect to live very long.

The current criminals might meet early deaths. However, more criminals are on the way. They are often born out of wedlock, with no father around. They often come from the slums, where the gangs are heavily entrenched. Many get recruited by gangs.
