She’s at least a functioning alcoholic.. better than an old man with dementia that can’t form a coherent sentence let alone dress himself.

If we didn't include how he did it, we might say that Hitler was a great government leader.
Hitler? Don’t be silly.

There have long been factions/ caucuses within the majority, regardless of party.
Getting the different factions/ caucuses into a common boat, rowing in the same direction is a serious challenge for every Speaker.

Pelosi has demonstrated more finesse in doing so than her two predecessors. Does not imply I agree with all the outcomes.

Seems to me Pelosi allows some extreme to get er done and when the Senate revises and kicks the bill back, she goes to work. Putting aside partisanship, she plays the game well.

Some may recall, Trump made clear he wanted a bigger Stimulus 2 than either Chuck or Nancy did and wanted it before the 2020 election. His own party within the Senate would not play ball. Who knows? Had the Senate gone along, it might have resulted in a win for Trump.

Trump been begged for a clean Stimulus bill. Pelosi delivered. Mc Connell declined.

McConnell is another who plays the game well. Does not imply I agree with all the outcomes.

Just used someone famous/infamous so I wouldn't tie in someone current.

Long story short of it is, the ends don't justify the means. So before we reward someone for the ends, let's look at the means they used to get there.

China could have bombed us but they are letting her return home which is even worse.

Someone should have planted some CBD oil in her purse.
