This is what you claim, but what was the context of me possessing documents and what is exactly in these documents? None of this I know.
Go ahead and charge him with a real crime, then tack on a process crime if it warrants. But if this sham investigation will just finish with a process crime, it was a sham!
What context? We know that many of the documents are classified. They don't belong at a country club/wedding venue. That's all the context you need.
The presidential and classified documents WERE FOUND at MarALago. They did not belong there. There were laws broken. That is not process or a perjury trap.
What I'm not sure about if it's for legitimate or political reasons. I don't trust this DOJ. .
I just don't buy Trump did anything wrong, yet.
So according to this—the only way you would “buy” that Trump did anything wrong is seeing it with your own eyes???
You have reputable Republicans saying Trump was not entitled to those document.
You have Trump himself acknowledging that he took them, that he kept them, that they were not in a secure setting…
What more proof do you need????
And that is an honest question—what more could you see, hear, read to make you understand that what Trump did was a threat to the US and a violation of the law
Cause even if he IS charged by the DoJ—you don’t “trust” the DoJ so that wouldn’t be any proof of guilt
Even his conviction, I guess, would only make you think it was political and not factual proof of guilt
So what WOULD make you think Trump was guilty???
Please—set the bar for what it takes to convince a Trump supporter….
I (and thousands more) would really like to know what it takes…

But obviously he's in trouble. There was a raid. The DOJ has been throwing around claims of obstruction in court filings. All of this is very hard to walk back from. And if the DOJ ends this with "ah, we found nothing but we still raided your home and took docs" then it will blowback on them hard. They will either go through with this prosecution because it was their intention all along or to save face.

LOL. Stealing classified documents from the White House is wrong. Stealing Presidential Records from the White House is wrong.

BUT, do you really believe the government JUST discovered this highly classified nuclear information only a handful of people in the country has access too wasn’t missing 18 months ago, and wouldn’t aggressively pursue its return, and not with nice letters asking from NARA. OR, is the more logical option, this is another sham storyline around election time, to legally influence an election
I know right. By the way it sounds the government never even knew that info was gone until they found it at MAL. Even if they did know it was gone, they thought it was no big deal and sat on their hands for 18 months. Such strange talking points the lefties have.
Seems this media-driven story angle has been coming from Peter Strzok and Frank Figliuzzi.
We all know about Strzok and why he would have an ax to grind.
Figliuzzi, a former FBI assistant director, was appointed assistant director by Mueller, and was there at the same time as Strzok.
Maybe Figliuzzi is a member of the "Secret Society" that Strzok had mentioned existed to get rid of Trump.
What part of the warrant included seizing his medical and tax records?
The part that said any items contained in the same box or container as the sought-after classified and presidential documents could also be taken. Personal items are always returned. His passports, for example, were already returned.

So, Melania’s closet and 16 year old Barron’s room are cool, too.
