Where can I find the affidavit from trump’s legal team, I would really like to read it, has it been relaesed publicly?
The affidavit was created by DOJ and released by the judge at Trump’s request. That one? NPR published it, or you can go to document cloud for the .pdf file.
So his legal take is not meaningful? All the court's ruling you disagree are meaningless? So it's an obstruction case? is that what the DOJ is leaking?

They asked her to remove the classified documents from the special master consideration of executive and attorney client privilege. Classified documents by definition belong to trump they belong to the government and don’t require a special master
They asked for the removal of injunction on pursuing the criminal case as the ODNI can’t assess the damage to national security unless they can determine who stole the documents, who concealed the documents and viewed the classified documents
The judges asked trump to respond.
Will he lie in court and say he declassified them? That the documents are his property ?
That the criminal investigation is separate from the threat assessment?

The discussion you want to have is your bar and the only thing accepted as consensus is your narrative. This will be decided by lawyers and judges which nobody in this forum is. All I said that some legal experts are against the Judge's ruling and attack her. This is not a consensus. Nothing new here. It happened with Roe and the 2nd amendment rulings and what the MSM pushes. That's my argument.
How many of these legal experts came out against the ruling of the S.C. about Roe or the 2nd Gun rights and attacked the justices? It's a pattern. The same legal experts that everyday telling the public that Trump is guilty during the Mueller investigation.

But I CAN argue that there are few facts at this time. Anonymous sourced information is not facts, different media all reporting the same story is not facts.
Now, I'm sure that you can prove that those "classified documents" that had made their way from the boxes to his desk were actually classified?
You claim they are classified and I'm asking you to prove it. So, no deflections by you or anyone on the left who wants to jump in and use the standard pre-approved leftist talking point that this isn't about classified or it doesn't matter if they were classified or not.
What are you talking about with your "anonymous sources"? It's the DOJ who says they recovered top-secret documents in Trump's office. That is irrefutable fact which neither Trump nor his lawyers are denying.
For example, this is from today's filing:

probable cause that the search would uncover evidence of violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793

the search, the government seized thirty-three boxes, containers, or other items of evidence,

Also, from the August 30 filing:
"Evidence, thirteen boxes or containers contained documents with classification markings,and
in all, over one hundred unique documents with classification markings—that is, more than
twice the amount produced on June 3, 2022, in response to the grand jury subpoena—were
seized. Certain of the documents had colored cover sheets indicating their classification
status.See, e.g.,Attachment F (redacted FBI photograph of certain documents and classified
cover sheets recovered from a container in the “45 office”). The classification levels ranged
from CONFIDENTIAL to TOP SECRET information, and certain documents included additional sensitive compartments that signify very limited distribution. In some instances,
even the FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys conducting the review
required additional clearances before they were permitted to review certain documents."
And that filing was accompanied by the famous picture of Top Secret folder covers on the floor in Trump's office.

What a spin you took. Might want to turn that around.
The DOJ is being transparent in that , should this Judge cannon deny this motion. THen the DOJ will take it up the chain of appeals. How is that a threat? Its the legal process every plaintiff and defendant has, to set forth an appeals .
They even placed in their well versed request that a supreme court judge ( who happens to be Conservative) : judge Kavanugh even ruled on the executive privilege ....Which based on his opinion :Trump has a slim to none chance in using AFTER leaving office.
DOJ is being fair in its request to be SPECIFIC on what the Special Master can be privy to. The Judge was being far too lenient and wanting to let TRUMP's team review all the documents- classified included! Never in history HAS a judge IMPEDED (obstructed) the process of investigation to the point of letting the allege have a looksy before charges are even filed to the evidence collected. Its pre-emptive and Pre-Posterous!
You do NOT know what will or will not be granted.

The DOJ is not in a panic.The judge is forcing trump lawyers to explain by tomorrow how he is the owner of the information product of billion dollar spy satellites ,information obtained by CIA clandestine agents and intelligence about nuclear weapons. It’s obvious He is not the legal possessor of these items and the US government is.
