First of all. They have not charged Trump with anything. They could easily decline to charge him like Hillary.
Trump might walk away also. Nothing to whine about yet.
However Trump had 4 years to go after Hillary and LOCK HER UP as was chanted endlessly. I wanted him to. But he chickened out. And MAGA people never call him out for that.
And if Trump had done the right thing and not taken these documents to his house or returned all of them as he told the feds he did none of this would have happened.
Until they are informed its declassified, they would continue on as if its classified. There is no loss, the only dangerous situation would be in reverse - if documents are classified without paperwork so agencies didn't know they were classified and dealt with them in an unclassified manner.
