This.

And I just have to ask, whether one likes his personality or not, what has Trump done personally to the naysayers to P I S S them off to the point where they have lost all critical thinking?

The PRA has no enforcement mechanism. The FBI is powerless to enforce it and if that was what the search warrant was for, it never should have been issued in the first place. See the Yale Law article (includes court case citations) at the link I posted earlier in this thread.

Here's the info on a POTUS's unique power of unilateral declassification:

"There doesn't need to be a record of it. POTUS is under no obligation to tell anyone when he declassifies anything. "

You think he could automagically wave his hand and say "I hereby declassify that box of papers," not even tell anybody, and have it be legally declassified?

Dream on.

There is a procedure for everything in government, usually written down in umpteen Process and Procedure notebooks. The President is not God or king. He cannot secretly declassify documents without telling anyone and expect people to know he did it. A three year old could understand that.

That is not a witch-hunt at all.
Trump took the fifth so he would not incriminate himself

It's a civil trial not criminal. If the DA has the evidence why does she needs him to testify against himself? Which Banana republic you came from?

He was advised by his legal staff to do so. Any misplaced comma, misspoken word, anything the man said would have been pounced on by all political opponents, and the technocratic democrat machine. Best to take the advice of one’s legal team.

When I read the bolded in your post above, I thought you were talking about trump.

BTW, if he didn't want 30 strangers rooting through his house, he should have returned the documents when they asked nicely months ago.

The N.Y. DA is crooked and political, why would she make Trump testify against himself? If she has the "goods" she doesn't need his testimony plus this is a CIVIL TRIAL since the CRIMINAL investigation went bust.

Republicans should remember that when they get majority and need documents from Democrats. Raiding their homes is now fair game. I can't wait for Pelosi and Biden and his garbage family. Democrats made this country into a banana republic.

Exactly. The prosecutor couldn't make a case that there was any criminal activity.
