Well, they got into Trumps private safe....if it turns out there is a sex tape of him with Pelosi in there....there's going to be some mass suicide at the FBI evidence review group.

I think we all know who signed off on the raid of Melania’s closet - Dr. Jill.

No, it's not just some writer's opinion. It cites and discusses specific court rulings pertaining to the PRA.

I'm surprised no one has jumped on this as one of the defendants in the cases cited by the Yale article is Dick Cheney, the VPOTUS the left loves to hate. Guess what? The court dismissed the case against Cheney. Why? Because the PRA gives POTUS/VPOTUS full discretion as to how to manage their own records, AND the PRA has no enforcement mechanism. Neither the FBI nor any other federal law enforcement agency has the legal authority to enforce the PRA. Period.

What you describe applies only to underlings who have been delegated with the task of declassifying document/materials. Please educate yourself.
You wanna know what would be great … have Trump run for a house seat in November, and when the Republicans take the house, appoint Trump as the Speaker. Then, proceed to impeach those two imbeciles Biden and Harris, and that would then make Trump President. LOL. Then we’d see a bunch of soiled britches.

Obama kept them? Where are they? Why would Hillary's records need to be subpoenaed if we could just get them from Obama?

Since you have problems understanding and reasoning things out from my previous reply, let's narrow it down a bit.

Cohen is telling the truth now because he has done his time, and had no reason to lie nor desire to go back to the slammer.

Is that direct enough for you...?
Maybe you should have said that, instead you wandered all over the place like you were lost.

The truth of the matter -- he'd lied under oath. To normal thinking people, anything he says now is suspect.

If so, it's legally invalid and anything obtained under the legally invalid warrant is fruit of the poisonous tree. IOW, inadmissible in any court.
