Why do you think someone has to approve Trump's declassifying? Where are you getting that from? That's simply not true either. You should learn how the US government actually works before you come to live in our country.

A better analogy is that the home owner has to actually go out to the garden to pick the flowers. Simply saying he picked the flowers doesn't mean they are picked.

They must have known for a couple months at least... which is why they have been trying to get them back by asking, then subpoena and when Trump didn't comply by handing everything over, a warrant. Although, Biden was not involved in this. He may have simply been informed after the fact.

If these had been declassified before Trump left office, they would not have been labeled "Secret Documents," "Top Secret Documents," "Confidential Documents," and "classified/TS/SCI documents!" The fact they were thus labeled shows that they were not declassified.
