What kills me about all these so called investigations is that when a Democrat is getting investigated everything is kept hush hush due to "Innocent until proven guilty" or "Must protect the rights of the investigated party".....Then when it comes to investigating a Republican, it is broadcast with all the so called details on national TV with hourly updates. Gotta love the fairness of it all.

Completely agree, but what's the likelihood of that happening once Trump puppets are in control of Congress? That would be against their short-term interests and that is all they care about at this point. Pandering to their base.

Well, all I know is the FBI came and got the boxes that they couldn't retrieve before, although they issued a subpoena and gave Trump months and months to release them. Time will tell if anything comes of any of it.
It's not that they couldn't retrieve them before, they could have retrieved any government records they wanted when they were admitted to Mar-a-Lago with a subpoena to retrieve government records in June. They took some, and left others, approving the storage of the latter at Mar-a-Lago.
You definitely do not know what you are talking about. You got one small thing correct, Trump's attorney was there, but she also said the FBI forbid her from accompanying them as they conducted their search. She tried to press the issue, but they again told her to stay away, and prevented anyone from seeing what they were doing.
So Mr. Trump's attorney watched outside as the FBI carted in 10 boxes of material, and then carted it out again?

It would fall to a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure that they were packed up and transferred, according to the regulations for transportation. It might require secured containers/vehicles or simply a person who has clearance to carry them on his person. Of note, if the area where the boxes were found was not an active SCIF, the former FSO can be charged with a crime, which is certainly possible in this circumstance. If I was an FSO during Trump's presidency, I would be quaking in my boots right now.
