Yes, I saw where Mr. Trump in the past half hour posted nonsense about attorney-client privilege.
Remember: executive privilege belongs to the sitting President, and attorney-client privilege certainly does not apply to documents belonging to the United States of America.
The documents were removed before he left office. And attorney-client privilege always applies.
OK so now we've gone from "OMG! Trump had nuclear program documents!" to "there were documents related to the US training Ukrainians on how to use US drones," which makes NO sense as Putin didn't even invade Ukraine until President dementia was in office.
The search warrant was too broad to be valid. They've taken documents protected by executive privilege and attorney-client privilege. This is going nowhere.
Most of us realized the ‘nuke secret’ media lie was just that and the concern regarding classified material was purely pretext to grab unclassified stuff to possibly use against Trump.
And the list of grabbed stuff (mostly never classified) kind of gave it away.

They likely grabbed everything to prevent Trump from disclosing all the nasty and illegal deeds committed by the FBI/DOJ/Congress/etc. in their multiple clown car attempts to "get him."
The problem now is that unless Trump has copies (and hopefully he was smart enough to do so), none of it will see the light of day as the FBI/DOJ will just perpetually claim all the evidence against the establishment's illegal collusion to "get Trump!" is part of an "active investigation."
But Trump might have thought they were.
Remember the James Comey definition of the Espionage act.
One can commit a crime, but it's not a crime if you don't realize you committed a crime.
You can't have it both ways.
What's good law for Hillary, MUST also apply to Trump.
But now the crime of taking classified material home is a felony (Trump signed that law) so does the "intent" test still apply?
Hilary was secretary. Trump was the president. The president has absolute power to declassify. He also had the stuff in a vault. She had it on an unsecured server.
Trump had some of those classified documents in a storage room next to the Mar A Lago pool. Where did you hear anything about a vault at Mar A Lago?

He was the president he had the power to declassify anything.
If he only declassified docs in his head and nobody else knew he did that, it does not count. A 3 year old should be able to understand that.
