The case you referenced had to do with using non official apps to communicate with and thereby avoid the creation of a presidential record.

The judge cited that the admin had issued instructions to staff to stop doing that. They declined to manage that process and/or the effectiveness of the instructions in solving the problem.

Not in any way similar to already existent presidential records walking out the door onto a commerial mover to MAL.

It wasn't Democrats who served the warrant. The DOJ stated:

“There is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain classified NDI or that are presidential records subject to record retention requirements currently remain at the premises,” read one section of the affidavit, which used an abbreviation for national defense information. “There is also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found at the premises.”

Isn't it amazing how no amount of new details will change the fact Trump will always be innocent? I really don't understand why we waste so much time going over new details.

My mind is made up, like decades old oil paint on canvas and no amount of new paint can cover up what's beneath.

He may have been at one time when he was protected by the office of the presidency and Barr, but he's just a plain ole citizen now.
OMG..! The DOJ, the FBI, in addition to the federal judge involved, ARE the left..! I didn't mean to exclude Garland, easily as corrupt as the rest...

Sorry about that. My bad. I knew it was John Solomon but I had several things going on, one of which was Judicial Watch and Tom Fitton, who reportedly is the one who Told Trump he should keep the documents.

John Solomon over at Just The News is long on words but short on attribution. It is pretty obvious that the FBI, DOJ, ad NARA all disagree with him strongly enough to have convinced a judge to sign a warrant to get classified documents that Trump stole.

Footnote 2 is VERY important. It's what we've been talking about now for weeks since the search of MAL.

The bogus story about declassification does not matter for purposes of the crimes being investigated here. Legal precedents referenced in footnote.

Again, any charges related to the possible classification of any of the information/documents at MAL would be additional charges not represented on the existing warrant.

There were boxes, but at this point the question remains what exactly was in the boxes. I'm sure there were no moon rocks.
