No need for you to worry.

You never believe anything anyone demonstrates to be fact.

Google it for yourself. I've given you the starting point.
So far you haven't provided any "facts". Unproven info from anonymous sources are not facts...I hate to burst your bubble but that is what it is.

See page 2. There are a lot more witnesses than one. Multiple witnesses are going to be a lot harder to discredit in court.

Explain to us please, me in particular since I am abjectly ignorant, What sorts of information is protected by being classified TS/SCI and only available for viewing in a SCIF with a proper security clearance.

25 documents bearing that classification were found in the initial 15 boxes. More during the raid, but I haven't seen a number yet.

1) after January 20th trump no longer had top level security clearance and access to daily security briefings
2) no White House staff backs up trumps declassification claims and there is no paper trail
2 trumps lawyer sent a false affidavit to doj stating trump no longer had government documents. It is a crime to provide false information to federal investigators punishable with 20 years in prison.

The statute in the affidavits do not specify the government materials be classified

No one is above the law. The doj must act without fear or favor.

There's been a few posts in here about it, obviously by those who believe anonymous sources without question.

Anyway, here's a media link to it:

I've not seen any mention of the process used to declassify a document or documents.

Here's what I found:

<start of brief snippet>

- A president's instruction to declassify a given document would first be memorialized in a written memo, usually drafted by White House counsel, which the president would then sign.

- The leadership of the agency or agencies with equities in the document would be consulted and given an opportunity to provide their views on the declassification decision.

- Once a final decision is made...

<end of brief snippet>

Your first clue would be that the response post of mine that you'd quoted was not directed to you.

Please explain what sort of information would be classified TS/SCI.

Thank you.
