I thought that was most telling of all. I can't imagine many people had access to his desk. And what were they doing in there?

I’m sure there’s a reason why the DOJ/FBI keeps referring to them as “documents with classification marking”.
And what were some of the classified documents doing in his desk?

5? Nope. Dozens, with every classification including SAP.
"conducting official government business"? uh huh, sure.

But they weren't behind a locked door. And some were in his desk.

Thanks for this great rebuttal. It would be nice if we never had to hear this particular whataboutism again in this thread.

And STILL they believe Hillary should be locked up but not Trump. Because five on a server in the course of her position as SoS is so, so, so much worse than dozens upon dozens unsecured in a private residence, some sitting in desk drawers.

The doj filing in federal court laid out how the trump team certification was false and likely obtruction.
No denial from Corcoran and Bobb.
That can be a prison sentence of 20 years

The criminal statutes on the warrant do not require the documents be classified.

Sorry, I stand corrected - 3 were marked classified, not 5.

...Of the tens of thousands of emails investigators reviewed, 113 contained classified information, and three of those had classification markers...

https://www.statesman.com/story/news...s/65400078007/

Trump had 184 documents marked with classification headers in the first batch of documents turned over to NARA alone. That doesn't take into account the files handed over after they were subpoenaed and it definitely doesn't count the ones from the search warrant.

At this point there are no more talking points or lies to protect trump. I expect his supporters to now engage in violent or terrorist activities to “save murica”
Senator Graham has alluded to this as the next step.
They will be arrested ,charged and sentenced to prison.
It won’t be until they have been sexually assaulted in prison will they realize “I f’d up”
