A federal judge put off ruling on Trump's request for a special master and said she needs more time to consider.
But she elected to unseal some additional records related to the Mar-a-Lago search.
Judge Aileen Cannon said she would unseal a status report about the DOJ's investigation and a more detailed inventory list of items the FBI seized.

IS SO OPPOSED? seriously now.
The main focus of a special master in this case is to review and return documents from the search, that is problematic since they would have to have the security clearance. There is nothing to indicate the actual search was unlawful, Trump can make his case for that later if he has proof.

They have an inventory, I didn't hear him claim that any documents were unlawfully removed other than his pass ports which were returned.

If he was so concerned, why did he wait two weeks to file the motion.

The beauty of this is that no one is talking about inflation or gas prices anymore, it's once again about Trump.

Because during the investigation phase: the prosecutor DOES NOT have to turn over it's evidence! Cheese and crackers.
Should it go to court for charges, THEN the defense can request the evidence.
That's how the court system runs.

So while the avg joe thinks the prosecution has no rights to protect it's case , some seem to think this request by trump is just being transparent . It's not. Trump is trying to recall oops! Which ones do they have so I can spin the lie!

Trump campaigns on violence in the streets, girls and boys changing into boys and girls without parental knowledge or consent, an energy policy which is forcing the WORLD into a recession giving away money to students who feel entitled not paying back their student loans and the weaponizing of the DOJ (ask anybody) and the loss of billions upon billions of revenue to Afghanistan and Ukraine.

He runs and wins....and then my sorry friends he is not going to play fair any longer.

The chances are greater that this WILL happen.

MAGA
Not what a special master does. All they do is remove and return any privileged documents/items. There are no real accusations of anything being done illegally.

This is just another conspiracy theory, even Trump hasn't gone there.
And....what date would you suggest he should have done that, hmmm?

Do you think cases don't need to be built, that all one needs to do is just go off half-***** and hope for the best?

Crossfire Hurricane ran from July, 2016 to May, 2017.
Then, before Trump could even consider going after anyone there were things that needed to be done which would prove that there was wrongdoing...he was getting his ducks in a row and building his case. Then, to be able to prove what they were doing to the public the documents needed to be declassified, for the most part anyway.

You can see his memo to the "Attorney General, CIA director and Director of National Intelligence" regarding the declassification of those documents in the following link:

Sure they do. Their scope is wide ranging.

“Activities carried out by special masters are as diverse as the actions taken by courts. They are often appointed as facilitators in child custody cases, for example, but the term "special master" was also used to describe the person appointed by Congress to administer compensation for the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York. The term often appears in original jurisdiction cases decided by the Supreme Court ; these are often cases involving boundary disputes between the states, with a special master appointed to resolve questions of geography or historical claims. See, for example, New Jersey v. New York, 523 US 767 (1998)

In U.S. v. Microsoft, Judge Jackson appointed Lawrence Lessig as a Special Master to advise the court about technical issues, and to investigate certain claims, such as Microsoft's assertion that removing Internet Explorer from the Windows operating system would make the system slower.”
