This is the highest food inflation rate since 1979, & is well above the overall inflation rate of 8.5%.

Biden said he wouldn't tax anyone who makes less than $400k, but then declares war on the energy sector which sparks inflation...unleashing the hidden "sneak-a-tax" on all consumers.

First it was $5/gallon gas, and now $5/gallon milk. 13.1% food inflation on top of persistently high gasoline prices are crushing the bottom 60%.

Biden's inflation & recession were both avoidable, & now he's throwing gas on the dumpser fire that is his economy by spending another $353B which will cause more inflation by taxing coroporations says most experts.

Nov 8th cannot get here fast enough.

Haven’t you heard? “Inflation” is at 0%.

And before any Democrat gets upset with what I just said - yes, I’m aware of the nuance in the 0% figure that Joe Biden and this inept administration have been tossing around in a misleading way, as if they’ve achieved some sort of victory.

Milk is even now more costly than gasoline per gallon! Gas is $3.79/gal in my area, and milk is now $4.59/gal

Have you seen the price for a dozen large eggs? They've tripled in the past year.

Meat prices are through the roof...glad I dont eat meat.

I hardly ever buy seafood anymore outside canned Tuna, Salmon & Sardines. Fresh Grouper is $28.99/lb here in SW Florida...where they catch some of it. Farmed Salmon is now over $10/lb.

Every week I go to the grocery store, there's another item I cant find at all anymore, and new items that have increased so much in price, I cant get myself to buy it. I've been ditching fresh eggs for store brand egg whites in a carton to fight inflation.

Inflation is a tax on the poor and Middle class and it is clear that the Biden bunch do not care. They would rather rename it and give the perception that it is not as bad as it is than actually do something about it.

I'm sure there were many of the Faithful that gave out a triumphant cheer when it was announced that inflation is now 0%

WOW! Even many in the top 40% feel that amount of money vanishing.

I saw an article about this this morning that mentioned the break at the gas pumps 'smoothed over' the big grocery increases. Well, no, it didn't. Fuel prices are still well over a dollar a gallon more than the national average in January of '21... and damn near 100% more in the 'low' areas.

They can try to spin it anyway they want, but it's a big deal and it's affecting the huge majority of folks. Would the same thing be happening if Trump had been re-elected? Maybe it would... but if it did, media and Democrat leadership would be screaming from the rooftops that was all Trump's fault.

I'd like to see a bit more 'accountability' for the current mess from the party that would blame Trump if it rained on a parade somewhere.

But the inflation was zero last month according to Gina M. Raimondo and the stock market is skyrocketing once again because according to the Gina M. Raimondo fake inflation numbers all is well.

The report aid eggs are up 38% July 2022 versus July 2021...no way!

I was buying eggs for $1.28/doz late year, and now they are $3.49/doz for same size same brand same store.

The inflation is higher than they are admitting to....13.1% my azz

I read the inflation is going to tail off only slightly over a long period of months, so its not going to normalize quickly.

All BIG government caused. We must shrink gov't by massive amounts to stop the madness.
