Scroll down the link and you'll find the two clips where he discusses 2020 and the Hunter laptop.

Harris feels re-opening the 2016 laptop scandal 10 days before the election cost H.C. the predencency. O.k. Fair enough.

He then goes on to say Trump is such a threat to this country the MSM, Twitter were justified in burying the Hunter Biden laptop story to ensure Trump wouldn't win. Trump had to be kept from a second term at all cost. The ends justifies the means.

I mean,..back during the anti-Christianity/Islam days of Hitchens, Sam and Dawkins were right up there in entertaining youtube content.

But he needs to stay in his lane, stick to that stuff, imho.

Though, I remember Dinesh getting his butt handed to him as a religious debater.,.but now he switched to politics as a pub conservative. Let's see him and Harris go at it over Trump.

Sam Harris has TDS, bad. When you believe Trump is an existential threat, lying becomes a meritorious act.

The great irony is that these screwjobs claim they are the defenders democracy. How can you defend democracy by trying to prevent it?

Trump had four years to encourage the DOJ to pursue Hunter Biden, Clinton, etc.

He didn't.

I like Harris but the way in which he describe Trump as being so dangerous is....weird. Trump was already acting president and the US economy hadn't been destroyed nor had he started WWIII.

Harris believes Trump is so horrible that the normal rules of journalism don't apply. Keeping him out of the WH at any cost is all that matters. And this shouldn't be considered a "slippery slope" because Trump is a once in a lifetime phenomenon who had to be stopped.

So, if Trump runs in 2024 my guess Sam will approve of cheating if it is required to keep him from the Oval Office.

Omg — When Trump tried to ask Zellenski and the Ukrainians to investigate the Biden’s deep corruption in Ukraine (which the Ukrainians were already doing) the democrats impeached him for it with the backing of the DOJ. They tried to call it quid pro quo — but even Zelensky repeatedly said it was not tied to the $$$ nor was he ever pressured by Trump.

This exactly. I’m no Trump fan but he was hosed by the establishment democrats. He was a threat to them.

I like Sam Harris. Sam Harris like Jordan Peterson is an Idealouge, however he is more of a Centrist than lets say Jordan Peterson who is on the right, and Bell Hooks who is on the left. Sam Harris seems to be a sense of reason for many.

Which is why I find it odd Harris appears to suggest keeping Trump out of the WH by any means necessary is o.k. with him.

Trump was the sitting president, the economy was fine and WW3 wasn't about to bubble over. His presidency was hardly a catastrophic disaster.

I wonder if Harris (not unlike Bill Maher) feels he's pissed off the Left to such an extent with his views on Islam (and now Wokeism) he must go overboard with his public hatred of Trump. To balance the book regarding his lib credentials so to speak.
