This new 15% THEFT by 87,000 HEAVILY ARMED IRS Killers from corporations will be coming DIRECTLY from the portfolios of YOUR retirement accounts. YOUR stock profits just dropped by another 15%.

How about this - the American Peons, err I mean People need to stand up and treat any Quizlings applying for these jack booted storm trooper jobs as the pariahas and Enemies of the People that they are.

Especially when they hire FOREIGN national residents for these positions - and you know that is coming. Diversity you know.

Yellen and the rest of the democrat crooks who forced this law on the American People are LYING. They are not after corporations - they just don't want to trigger a revolution, yet. This is ALL about that $601 used Kayak you sold on Ebay. This is another step in destroying the middle class.

Once again prompted to do more reading to see exactly how employers will pay more tax. I focussed on the 15% minimum tax rate on companies earning over a billion dollars. Seems experts have different ideas on the impact.

https://www.cnbc.com/2022/08/16/bide...companies.html
Just over 170 companies in the S&P 500 paid less than 15% in taxes last year, according to a new analysis by Credit Suisse. Of those corporations, less than half would likely see a tax hike for 2023 since the legislation allows companies to use adjusted earnings, which can be massaged in a number of ways, the analysis found.

Analysts for the Washington-based Cowen Research Group disputed industry claims, predicting the 1% excise tax won’t change buyback behavior.

There are a few experts in the above article who say it will hurt consumers. Time will tell.

Th 15% minimum tax rate is targeted for corporatioins....specifically those that make a billion more a year.

Some critics think that will just be passed on to consumers.

When something like Facebook gets higher taxes, who is going to pay for that?
