Austin Amos, 20, was seen leaving the NYPD's 101st Precinct and faces a manslaughter charge over the brutal death of Kutin Gyimah in Queens on Saturday around 6.30am.

Nickolas Porter, also 20, faces gang assault and theft charges over the attack while cops issued a plea for information on three women also involved in the grisly killing.

They are accused of being a part of a gang of five that viciously punched and kicked the father-of-four after he chased after them when they refused to pay their fare.

A convicted sex offender who allegedly cold-cocked a man on a Bronx street — leaving him in a coma with brain injuries — was freed without bail

Bui Van Phu, 55, was instead charged by the Bronx District Attorney’s Office with assault and harassment, both misdemeanors, for the brutal knockout punch last Friday that left 52-year-old Jesus Cortes unconscious on the street, according to a criminal complaint.

The victim required brain surgery and is now in a medically induced coma, authorities said.

The new charges against Phu are not bail eligible, and a Bronx judge cut him loose on supervised release at his arraignment Thursday, a spokesperson for the DA’s Office said.

Leave them alone. They voted in the government they wanted.
If they don't want it anymore they will change the way they vote.

I grew up in NYC and it was a great place to grow up...WAS.

IF they did not vote for it, the certainly did not vote to stop it for many years. Actually that is the whole country.

Yes. NYC clowns voted to get raped, beaten and killed .

and now that they are getting raped beaten and killed they are mad about it.

But in their defense they are dumb enough to likely blame Trump.

Stuff was going down hill since pre-Pandemic. All the defund stuff.

Then pandemic hit and the city cleared out, leaving a vacuum that the low lifes were more than happy to fill.

Crime has always been there,..but now they are encroaching into the neighborhoods where they usually didn't frequent, maybe due to just too many people and business.

Now that things are trying to come back, they are clashing with the bad elements that moved in who don't want to go.

And due to horrendous policy and kow towing , workers with money were perfectly fine leaving and working from home or elsewhere.

Maybe go to the New York forum and ask them. They live there, after all. Or is this a rhetorical question that has no meaning outside of the politics forum?

...and then vote for politicians who will bring them more of the same, while they keep getting raped beaten and killed.

Sadly, these woke left locusts will flee NYC and move to another city in the state, or worse yet, to a red state. Then continue to vote for the same exact politicians who destroyed NYC, and enact policies to once again bring them rape, assault, murder... rinse, repeat

That's the real crime right there.

All of a sudden you look up and they're all up in your PTA meetings telling you how you're all inherently racist

Yes they did. I just laugh at them. They should enjoy the cow pie sandwich they voted for!
