Do a google search. Lots of protests against the Parental Rights act which states that teachers cannot have classroom discussions about sex, sex acts and gender identify with 5 to 8 year old children.

If anyone was protesting against it? It means that they are p-ssed that they can't talk sex with a 5 year old.

[Yes I realize this is not the topic of the thread]

so what you're saying is, the law was considered too vague. And that's what the ACLU's complaint centered on, that it wasn't sufficiently specific?

Well, two groups attacked the law. Among other things, both said it was too vague.

The judge struck down applying the law to employers (a group representing them sued first) because it was unconstitutional under the First Amendment and unconstitutionally vague.

The ACLU's lawsuit is attached to this thread and it attacks the law as unconstitutional on several grounds.

Today, while reading John Meacham's Soul of America, I took the time to also read Frederick Douglass's influential 1876 speech at the Freedman's Memorial in Lincoln Park, a speech that literally calls out what we now call white privilege, and I found myself pondering Florida's Stop Woke Act. How exactly does a high school history teacher introduce Frederick Douglass without running afoul of Governor DeSantis's legislative handiwork? Are we just to ignore Douglass, a man that President Trump embarrassingly referred to as "somebody who has done an amazing job and is being recognized more and more?" Sigh. I weep for this country's growing ignorance and am aghast that a man as educated and accomplished as Ron DeSantis must stoop so low in assuring his future political success.

So amazing when these posters are hit with reality. They've got nothing to say.

No one does this. You post some actual facts about your claim.

It's not about a knowledge of "Marxism". It's about a knowledge of history. These are the tenets of the ideology the (former) Marxists advocate.
