President Trump always spoke the truth. People don't like it but far from the rhetoric that career politicians have spewed for years. He had his own style in dealing with others, ok no big deal. Again not polished like a Washington insider. $1.80 a gallon of gas , great unemployment numbers (pre covid). No new conflicts overseas. Now what do we have?
What did President Trump do that made people hate him so much that they forgot about the good of the nation. Please no Democrat talking points. Discussion.
Imaging if the 4 years that President Trump held the Oval Office that the house and senate actually did things for the good of the nation and not trying to destroy the President.
1 The left are controlling education and are indoctrinating instead of teaching students to think free with critical thinking skills. The left are also lowering standards of education for the sake of black students because of the woke cult, which doesn't help black students or the nation at all.
2 The teachers unions have become apparatus of the left democratic party that puts the democratic party needs and wants above parents and students, to the point the left openly say that they should control the kids minds not the parents.
3 The left are destroying the country with it's woke approach to crime, every day we see a report of thugs stealing and being violent and many times they are not arrested or prosecuted.
4 The left virtually destroyed the nation both in terms of moral and economics with it's authoritarian COVID restrictions, and to this day even after their lies have been exposed they defend it.
5 They have and are attempting to create a one party rule of the country with their voting reforms that dismisses the need for verification along with trying to add D.C as a state and end the electoral college.
6 They are always trying to go after the 2nd.
7 But now they are after the 1st and 4th amendment also, trying to use government to control information even trying to have the DHS oversee it.
8 They are pushing the country toward economic breakdown with their climate change cult legislation
9 They call the Republican party a "terrorist organization" and name Republicans as "fascist", "Nazi", "terrorist" and so on. What has the world generally done against the fascist, Nazi and terrorists?, well usually they are imprisoned or killed, and the left have increased the rhetoric to this level that some lowly leftist out there is ready to take matters in own hand, like the guy that went after the supreme court judges for example.
10 The left have or are trying to push outright communist doctrine that includes federal take over of banking and police dept. Don't believe that?, look up Biden's nominee for comptroller for the treasury. As far as police, the left only want to defund the police so they can make police under all federal control, if you don't believe that look at how they are handling the FBI and IRS and DHS and all right now.
11 Created a lawless border that is designed to overwhelm the country , while more and more pushing for illegal immigrants to be able to vote and even work in government.
12 more and more calls from the left to abandon the constitution saying it's outdated and irrelevant , and instead bring in a democratic socialist government.
While the left accuse the right of insurrection and being a threat to democracy, fact is it's the left who are and the proof is listed above. The Republicans haven't gone far right, the democrats have have gone far left leaving behind moderates and even slight left of center liberals behind.
Thank you for answering. Of course I don't agree with all of your points and some are general in that they do not affect your life directly. If you have kids, I would say your discussion of education directly affects your children.
Saying the left is "pushing" this or that doesn't really count unless something actually happens via the passing of a relevant law. The left has not taken away your guns, for example. They may want to but have not managed to do it because we have checks and balances and 2 opposing parties so it does not directly affect your life. It did not happen.
So I am still looking for more examples of how the left has actually prevented you from doing something you want to do in your life.

I wouldn't take my neighbors' political displays personally. A rainbow flag says nothing more than the person flying it harbors no ill will towards people of different sexual orientations. Hard to see how that is offensive unless the beholder is paranoid.
Through Obama, Trump and Biden, the governance has pretty much been the same. What set Trump apart is his choice of words and that he occasionally spoke the truth. This cannot be be tolerated and it will be ensured he never holds office again.

You can't possibly believe those things were the only reason the Left had serious issues with Trump, right? I mean, weren't you paying attention over the term of Trump's presidency? Let's list a few of his serious problems.
Trump saw his presidency as an opportunity for personal profit. He profited from at least 10 foreign governments during his time as president, in violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution.
He used his official position for partisan politics, in violation of the Hatch Act.
He attempted to pressure Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 presidential election by illegally withholding needed weaponry from them.
He blatantly abused his office in order to maintain his grip on political power.
He appointed people to positions who had direct political and financial conflicts of interest with the workings of those positions.
He continually lied to the American people. Big fat lies! You think all politicians lie? No, they all make promises that they don't always keep. That's fairly common for politicians. Trump went WAY beyond that. He told in-your-face, pants-on-fire, blatantly false, easily falsified LIES.
He told the world in a press conference that he believed Putin over his own intelligence agencies.
He personally conducted a two-month effort to falsely discredit and then attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election, culminating in a deadly riot at the United States Capitol Building.
I mean, the list goes on and on and on. So you can take your totally fake reasons why the Left has serious issues with Trump and drop them in the nearest waste basket, to say the least.
