I want someone who can work with both parties and not an extremist with their own extremist agenda. I want our congress to also work with whoever is president. Not going to happen though.

7) Not an absolute believer in absolute Free Trade, but instead in favor of Trade that is fair to the USA.
Pragmatic. Listen to ideas that will allow the business of the federal government to operate cheaper and more efficiently, no matter who proposes them.
Understanding of the role of the federal government and President. You're the business manager, not the king. Treat the job accordingly and make it known what everybody's roles are. The nation could use this kind of refresher education.
