Biden himself is blank most of the time. This country has no "leader" at the present time. All we have is a brain dead, shell of a being that is manipulated by others making the real decisions. We're a ship without a captain steaming full ahead in uncharted waters.
I think they are keeping Biden's schedule open just in case any of the Democrats need him to swing by their State for a rally and endorsement ahead of the Mid Terms....

Trump stayed golfing. But Presidents seldom get real vacations. They still get briefed daily and have to sign stuff and make calls. Etc.

Whether any particular POTUS has a 10% approval with me, or a 90% approval with me (just to throw two numbers out there), I don’t begrudge where he of she is physically (re travel costs) nor how much it costs to protect him or her. He or she is still POTUS 24/7 (except when power may be handed over during hospital procedures) during a Presidential term.
He's (puppeteers) accomplished everything they promised. May as well go off and snooze. Honestly puts the Republicans to shame. Those large shoes to fill are clown shoes. Wont be easy.

Regardless of whether it was Trump or Biden on "vacation", perhaps learn about all the technology out there these days available to people so they no longer have to be chained to their office desks.
