When you have politicians and spouses of politicians and people closely connected to politicians on corporate boards in many different sectors, Chinese connections, combined with the fact that their net worth always goes up when enter office on both left and right sides. to me it seems it’s greedy capitalism for them, socialism for us. why are people okay with this and again, why are only corporations to blame? we have the power to vote them out but we love keeping our legacy politicians in power.

They are greedy. They want to steal your hard worked for money and give it out as kickbacks for votes.

They give it some stupid name like Inflation Reduction or Affordable Care Act that has zero to do with the real reason.

They use your money to buy power, influence and control.

according to many people right on this very forum, they are noble, ethical, and should have unchecked power (if they are of the correct political affiliation)

Politicians ARE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY CORPORATIONS. Cause corporations are people too... LOL Notice if some less than millionaire gets elected, he is definitely multi-millionaire time he gets out. And it wasnt from him/her being frugal with their public service paycheck. Yet nobody notices, probably cause its usually millionaire/billionaire vs millionaire/billionaire. Working stiff living on $50k a year wages no representation whatsoever. Yet they are brainwashed to think BILLIONAIRES have their best interests at heart.

In a wise democracy, wouldnt be just millionaires and billionaires running govt, ALL would be represented in proportion to their number in society.

Corporations are greedy but politicians are corrupt. Corporations for the most part earn the money they make while politicians just bribe most of the money they make. Career politicians are more of akin to parasites and there's a lot of parasites in modern society a lot of middlemen and fat in the system that leeches productivity off of others.

They feed off each other in any case.

Cuz politicians "care", and for many "caring" justifies most anything.

Well it's the politicians that are telling you the corporations are greedy....Elizabeth Warren is the poster child for that.

Do you think they would tell you they are greedy and want their private jets, security and lavish vacations and trips paid for by you ???

Really? They are noble, ethical and should have unchecked power?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find me any one poster that wrote that? I'll wait.

And since I don't agree that ALL corporations or ALL politicians are "greedy", I won't bother answering your ridiculous question. You're just here to stir the pot. Same MO, different day.
