a gadfly whackjob primary opponent to a sitting 7-term R Congressman. Yep, there are crazy Republicans just like there are crazy Dems all over this country.

2. A Republican candidate for the House from St. Augustine is banned from Twitter after advocating violence against the federal government.

Republican Luis Miguel, running against incumbent Rep. Bobby Payne of Palatka in the redrawn House District 20, was suspended from Twitter after a tweet advocating that Floridians should be able to shoot federal agents on sight.

I guess the most disturbing thing is that they apparently think talking this way will get them Republican votes in today's Florida primary.

Does “backing the blue” not apply to federal law enforcement agents?
another nutjob gadfly taking on a 3 term R incumbent who wins the elections with 70%+ of the vote.

This thread did not go well for our Democrat friends. As expected, they just childishly ignored the many examples of Democrat politicians calling for or excusing violence.

Chuck Schumer. https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/...n-lead-vpx.cnn

And there are Dem candidates, heck even elected Federal politicians, who have called for disbanding police and called all police racists ... in order to get votes.

this is the question you asked before.

Does “backing the blue” not apply to federal law enforcement agents?

so which is it? A need to change the narrative since your first one has been shredded?

see my Schumer link above.

And surely we do not need to link Maxine Waters' rant about harassing ANY DC official that was Republican or in Trump Administration (Cabinet etal).

While we're here, so we can follow along - what's your Congressional District # in FL?

This thread did not go well for our Republican friends. As expected, they just childishly ignored it and pointed at Democrats in the most united show of whataboutism ever seen.

How so many of you get lured into this R vs D war game is quite astonishing.

It seems to me that no candidate regardless of affiliation should be calling for the shooting of federal agents acting upon a warrant signed by a judge. Pretty simple, no?

If Trump's DOJ FBI was doing this to Biden and the Clinton's what would you think about that?
I would think there was probable cause to believe the Clintons had committed crimes.

This is not acceptable behavior from these two republicans, but it’s also not acceptable when so many democrats have advocated violence to police, ICE, Border Patrol and to Republicans…..

So much for the GOP being the party that backs law enforcement...you never see a DEM advocate shooting a Law Enforcement Officer.
