I never knew how much our government was involved in the dairy industry until I ran across this video on YouTube. It's was interesting. Apparently our government stores 300 million pounds of cheese in caves in Missouri.
Consumer food prices increased 10.9 percent from July 2021 to July 2022, the largest 12-month increase since the period ending May 1979. Prices for food at home rose 13.1 percent over the last 12 months, the largest 12-month increase since the period ending March 1979. Prices for food away from home rose 7.6 percent from July 2021 to July 2022.

They have that size in plastic tubs at Costco. I seem to remember seeing it also one time at Walmart, I think it was Blue Bunny.
