(patiently)

Courts can do nothing until and unless someone brings a lawsuit, usually in a lower court. That can take anywhere from a month to a year or more. And someone has to find enough money to pay all those lawyers.

And then it has to go to the next higher court, which can take another month or year or more... and more $millions for the lawyers.

And then to the next higher court.

See the pattern here?

RESULT: Many thing never get brought into court.

Joe cannot be blamed for anything.
He has a rock-solid excuse.
He's an idiot.

Does it matter?
Since 1933, and the declaration of EMERGENCY, the USCON has been legally bypassed.
. . . .
Senate Report 93-549
https://archive.org/stream/senate-re...3-549_djvu.txt
War and Emergency Powers Acts
United States, Senate Report 93-549 states: "That since March 09, 1933 the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency." Proclamation No. 2039 declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 9, 1933. This declared national emergency has never been revoked and has been codified into the US Code (12 U.S.C. sec. 95a and b).

"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (as of the report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."
FREEDOMS ... GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION ... HAVE BEEN ABRIDGED BY LAWS ... UNDER EMERGENCY RULE ...

Constitutional U.S.A. (1789 - 1933) R.I.P.

I'm curious as to which ones would be unconstitutional. I don't even know how many he has executed.

If someone challenges them and if the high court agrees to hear it then....

Pelosi seems to believe that Biden's executive order on loan forgiveness is no a Presidential power and is unconstitutional. At least that's what she said last year

If the executive order is signed by someone not named Trump, it's likely unconstitutional.

They are all unconstitutional. Congress writes laws, the President enforces them.

Are these orders Gangster Joe's or staffers crafting them for his approval. I have to wonder if Joe can even articulate what he wants in those bills and orders in a meeting. Staff and party officials are treating him like a genie in a bottle. Third parties have nothing to lose knowing they won't take the hit.

Executive orders aren't laws. They don't have the force of law.

They are simply instructions on how the Executive Branch is to conduct itself. That's it.

If we knew which meds biden is being fed, there is a distinct possibility certain CNS meds would invalidate any XOs and legislation he has signed!

Instant reversal of all the destruction with which Biden saddled the country.
