How so? Are you of the belief there's some secret admissions shenanigans at public California universities to let in more people of Asian descent at the expense of White people?

No, Asians are just kicking their butts. The truth is when Affirmative Action is ended you will see little change in White enrollment in top Universities and Private colleges, but you will see Asian enrollment spike.
Eliminating Affirmative Action does not change Ivy League schools allowing legacy applicants direct entry or accepting students because their parents made generous donations to the school's endowment which is also unfair to the rest of the applicants. So spots will still be very limited. African American students only make up about 9% of accepted freshmen in the Ivy League system so 1000s of spots are not going to suddenly open up, and I imagine many of those students would have been accepted either way given the high bar for entry even with affirmative action.
I do believe Affirmative Action will go away within the next 20 years but I don't think you will see much change in enrollment levels at most state schools for White Students as many here seem to ellude too, especially when the Community college to University pathway is used more and more and offers near-automatic admission acceptance if grades are good in many states.
Interesting. Do you apply this same logic to the alleged voter suppression tactics Dems accuse Repubs of using? For example: Requiring an ID to vote doesn't specify only POCs need to do so, therefore it's not racist? Is that your belief? Looking for some consistency here.
I also want to know when they do the census poll, why do they have the option of "white non Hispanic or Latino" but they hardly have that for "black non Hispanic or Latino"? And also, why is it if a person is mixed, society will group the person as a black person. Take for instance Barrack Obama and Kamala Harris. Neither are fully black. They are indeed mixed, so technically they are not the first black president and vice president. They are the first mixed.

Asians outperform all other groups academically but both Asians and non-Asian non-White numbers increased while Whites declined in California UCs.

Whites are the overwhelming majority in the US at over 70%. You wouldn’t know it with how the Democratic Party acts. Not to mention Hollywood. I feel like I’m a minority in the US. Sad.
Here's the reality. In the Ivy League their "affirmative action" hurts most Asian Americans and white women.
And in other places those same Asians and white women benefit from Affirmative action. Again, Affirmative Action is worded so that it's not exclusively for black people. It's doesn't even heavily benefit black people. But what the right-wingers tell each other is "black people use Affirmative Action for everything, and blacks are the only ones able to use it" which is 100% false.
