Actually on Sundays the Post picks one statement of Biden's from the previous week to highlight the Pinocchios. He usually gets a 3 out of 4, last Sunday was 4 out of 4.

I think he meant to say that the bullet out of an AR-15 travels 5x the speed of a bullet traveling 1/5 as fast.
