We already paid for 6 months of his vacations since he took office, and we're flipping the bill for a $500K fence to be built around his beach home in Delaware. Why wouldn't we pay for this trip too?

Here's another good point ... the address he's doing tonight sounds much more political in nature than any other prime time speech. Meaning, it's not about a specific policy issue.

Biden speaks at 8 PM EST and is being broadcast on all major networks so I think the answer to that question is Yes.
