A federal judge let a sweeping New York gun law move forward Wednesday night hours before the regulations took effect.

Judge Glenn Suddaby said the plaintiffs — including gun rights organizations and an upstate resident — did not have standing to bring the legal action.

The judge noted that the legal gun owner could not demonstrate that he was at risk of a credible threat of prosecution under the new guidelines.

New York Attorney General Letitia James tweeted that the ruling was a major victory "against baseless attacks by the gun lobby."

It was only a win for those that have set themselves against the People.

And in other news....

Brazen thieves rammed a car into an SUV and stole $20,000 from its disoriented driver during a brazen Upper East Side robbery Saturday, cops and sources said.

Even if there were no guns in a "gun free zone," that doesn't make it any safer. Venezuela has very strict gun laws. It has less than 1/10 the population of the United States yet has three times as many murders. Gun free zone=no go zone.

Nope.

"Gun Control is the criminal's OSHA. It provides him a safe working environment."

Correct. I'm sure the thugs will follow the new rules.
