Duke should kick the girl off the team, in a fair world.
I hear you, but that's not happening.
Otherwise, we'll get a video PSA from Michelle Obama, saying "Iff'n I was a woman, I would believe this black college girl, because people from Utah be racist."
As I said in the other post, if Duke had a spine -- and the university does not -- they should suspend the volleyball player and explain that they are suspending her for perpetrating this hoax.
They won't. The idiots at ESPN had a full segment on her on Behind the Lines, and even the idiots in the local media fawned all over this girl, without even questioning whether they should.
It reminded me of how stupid Robin Roberts from ABC -- herself a lesbian -- was fawning all over Juicy Smallbrain and his Chicago MAGA clown show instead of actually being a journalist. But to question would show an allegiance to the truth, and neither the MSM/Democratic party want that.
As someone that has special needs people in their life, it's pretty dispicable to try to pin this on them, traumatize them and then walk away from a blatant lie free of any repercussion.
I mean seriously, what do you do for an encore? Push a 6 year old down the stairs and claim they tried to trip you? Grrrr.

If the BYU article is true , then the special needs individual still did something wrong by grabbing/touching one of the players.
This argument ultimately comes down to whether you believe it was him, not if the girl heard the slur ( BYU has documented on campus problems when it comes to race, that's why they realized a statement)

Just stop. The core claims are about on-court activity that have been proven false by irrefutable video evidence.
You don't get to just jump past the part where a lie has been exposed and claim it's "he said she said".
Then you try to pull the "well someone else did something bad in the past" to try to convict.
Just reprehensible. Seriously, guilt because someone else did something bad in the past? WTH?
Even more, it's hilarious in that if you want the "the school had problems in the past" claim...you probably should have been wiser than to try it when the accuser is Duke.

No lie was exposed. Your argument is at best that no one corroborate the story.
there also is no "irrefutable video evidence". There is a video in which someone at BYU is claiming to read lips, LOL, and only focused on his.
assuming the girl was wrong about who said it, and not what was said, even the BYU article doesnt say they watched the tape and read every single person's lips.
If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound with no one around? Apparently it can make a noise only one person can hear in a crowd.
