I actually wish all those stations HAD run it live. Maybe wake a few people up -- although not in the way that the Biden Administration wants, though.

I didn't watch the speech, but the video in that link didn't seem like it changed much to me.
Still looked red. Still looked Kylo.

Are we sure it wasn't one of those lights that sorta cycle through color hues?
